Shipping Policy

USA Quick-Ship

Select compounds are fulfilled from domestic USA inventory when available. These items are identified on product pages with the quick-ship indicator.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available to eligible destinations. Not all destinations may be eligible. SQS Compounds reserves the right to decline shipment to certain locations at its discretion.

Delivery Protection

Delivery protection is included on qualifying international orders. If a qualifying order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your order ID and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment at our discretion.

Delivery protection eligibility is determined at the time of order. See below for items that are not covered.

Not Covered by Delivery Protection

• Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Orders refused at delivery by the recipient
• Orders delayed by customs clearance beyond reasonable timeframes at customer-controlled destinations
• Domestic USA orders (covered under standard carrier policies)
• Orders shipped to ineligible destinations

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout
• Ensure the shipping address is accessible for delivery
• Understand and comply with local import regulations for research compounds
• Contact support promptly if a delivery issue occurs
