Returns & Replacements

At SQS Compounds, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored items.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package and product
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, eligible claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information
• International shipments delayed by customs
